Hi, I'm Angelica - the founder of Abacus360.

I started this business because I genuinely enjoy the kind of bookkeeping work that makes most people's eyes glaze over. FICA tip credits? Love it. Cleaning up two years of messy books? That's my sweet spot. Building systems that actually work? Let's do it.

After seven years in accounting, I realized I could serve people best by specializing in the complexity that other bookkeepers avoid. The restaurants with high transaction volumes and cash management challenges. The established companies whose books are months behind and need someone patient enough to untangle the mess.

My approach is simple: I bring expertise without the jargon, patience without judgment, and honesty about what needs to happen. You'll never feel talked down to or stupid for not understanding your own books - that's literally what you hire me for.

When I'm not deep in client reports, I'm homeschooling my three kids, baking something from scratch, or enjoying slow mornings with my family.
